Cliniy provides access to a digital clinic management system on a subscription basis. Since our services are software-based and intangible, access is granted immediately after activation.

  • Technical issues not resolved within 7 days of reporting
  • Incorrect or duplicate billing/charges
  • Subscription cancelled within 3 days of purchase, provided the system has not been used
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Cancellation of long-term subscription plans after usage begins
  • Failure to attend free training sessions provided
  • User-side issues (internet problems, hardware issues, etc.)
  • Accounts where system usage has already started
