4. Subscription & Payments
  • Subscriptions available on monthly, half-yearly, and annual plans.
  • All payments must be made in advance.
  • Customized enterprise solutions may be offered on request.
5. User Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and updated professional and patient information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Avoid uploading harmful, misleading, or illegal content/data
  • Use the system only for lawful medical and clinical purposes
6. Data Privacy & Ownership
  • All patient and clinic data is securely stored on VPS hosting with SSL protection.
  • Data remains the property of the healthcare provider.

7. Availability & Downtime
  • We strive for 99.9% uptime.
  • Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or external server issues.
  • Cliniy is not liable for temporary service unavailability.
8. Account Termination
  • At user request
  • Upon subscription expiry (if not renewed)
  • If you violate these Terms of Service
9. Modifications to Service or Terms

Cliniy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update the service or these terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notifications.

10. Limitation of Liability
  • Cliniy is not liable for loss of data caused by user error, third-party services, or external technical issues.
  • We are not responsible for financial or professional losses arising from misuse of the software.
